Using Start Page: Sending Emails to Users
You can use WebCrimson to send email to any group of users:
- Active Users - all active users
- Suspended Users - all suspended users
- Applicants - all applicants for new memberships or new permissions
- All Users - all active users, suspended users, and applicants
- Individual Users - a single user or selected group of users
Just use the radio button to select which group you'd like to email, and press the "Next >" button. A web form will come up with space to write an email. You'll have the option to cc: yourself on the email as well, if you'd like a copy for your own records.
If you select "Individual Users", an intermediate page will appear to let you select which users you'd like to email. Once you've checked off which users you'd like to send an email to and hit the "Next >" button, the same web form mentioned above will appear. Once again, you'll have the option to cc: yourself on the email.
